A well constructed 5/8wave mobile CB antenna with a tapered 17/7Ph steel whip assembled on a strong and flexible chromed spring and black plastic encapsulated coil with SO-239 connection to fit on a strong magnetic mount that is also encapsulated in plastic to stop it rusting and supplied with a rubber boot to stop it scratching the vehicle.
